Singapore, 3 April 2019 – FCS Computer Systems (FCS), a Gold level member of the Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN), has achieved Oracle Validated Integration for its Hospitality Operations Management Platform, specifically its Housekeeping Operations Management application, with Oracle Hospitality OPERA.

With FCS’ Hospitality Operations Management platform, hoteliers have access to a complete suite of automation solutions for hotel guest services, housekeeping operations, engineering and maintenance, glitch management and recovery, concierge services, laundry operations, operational communications as well as reporting and analytics.

To achieve Oracle Validated Integration, Oracle partners are required to meet a stringent set of requirements that are based on the needs and priorities of the customers.

FCS’ Housekeeping Operations Management, which helps hoteliers reduce costs and increase productivity and efficiency to enhance the guest experience, integrates with the HTNG interface of Oracle Hospitality OPERA to enable the hotel to prioritize room-cleaning assignments, automatically create cleaning jobs, and escalate jobs if necessary. With this interface, guest complaints and incidents entered into FCS’ Hospitality Operations Management can be uploaded to Oracle Hospitality OPERA for management review.
