Allan Galatolo appointed to lead FCS’ sales in The Americas

Experienced hospitality operations leader joins FCS to lead business development in the fast growing American markets

Dubai – 3 July, 2018 – FCS Computer Systems (FCS) – leading innovative hospitality solutions platform– has welcomed Allan Galatolo to the team to head up Sales for the Americas.

Americas_managerA talented hospitality professional, Allan has led and developed housekeeping, front office, engineering and sales departments in hotel operations, and as Director of Sales, he is now responsible for enhancing FCS’ business development and customer service, with a focus on increasing FCS’ market share in his region.

“Allan was selected for this role because of his strong track record in implementing hospitality solutions across some of the major hotel brands in the world. Prior to joining FCS, Allan worked for leading hospitality brands including Hyatt, Marriott and Hilton International, where he most recently held the position of Opening General Manager of a new Hilton property in Washington DC.

Leveraging his in-depth knowledge of entire hotel operations, Allan is perfectly placed to bridge operational performance gaps, while delivering process improvement initiatives and converting complex customer service needs, like that of the Shangri-La Hotel in Toronto.

The ability for our colleagues to raise requests in FCS Connect is not limited to our Service Centre operators, but is also available to colleagues, on the floor on their mobile device. Allan graduated from the University of South Carolina-Columbia with a Bachelor of Applied Science, specializing in Hospitality, Restaurant and Tourism Management.
