Dubai – November 16, 2015 – Hospitality technology solutions and services provider, FCS Computer Systems, is sponsoring the inaugural Executive Housekeepers Summit taking place on November 18, 2015 at the Conrad Hotel, Dubai.
Bringing together executive housekeepers from across the region, the Forum will showcase innovative new technologies forecast to transform housekeeping services and function success.
Akina Ho, VP of Strategy and Global Business Development at FCS Computer Systems, said the half-day event has attracted expert panelists, speakers and analysts to one of the world’s most important global markets. “The Executive Housekeepers Forum is a great opportunity for us to engage directly with existing and potential users of our technology, and learn more about the current needs, expectations, challenges and trends in automation within the housekeeping sector. It is also a great platform for us to share how productivity and savings can be seen immediately with our e-Housekeeping solution based on existing deployments globally.”
FCS will be hosting an interactive workshop to encourage the sharing of industry best practice in housekeeping and the automation of hotel operations.
“Many hotels still rely on manual processes to run back of house operations, hence missing out on opportunities to use technology to streamline processes, achieve back-of-house efficiencies, increase productivity and ensure the guest experience is not impacted negatively. This event creates a platform for the exchange of ideas, experiences and innovations within the housekeeping sector – enabling industry professionals to stay up to date on the latest products, technologies and solutions that are available to them,” Akina Ho explained.
FCS will showcase e-Housekeeping Solution during the summit to address the common issues faced by the hotel housekeeping teams in business hotels and mega-resorts. FCS e-Housekeeping, along with its m-Housekeeping mobile app are able to integrate guestroom cleaning and inspection with automated assignments, job dispatch and comprehensive reporting all in the palm of housekeeper’s hand.
The system is one of five departmental applications included in FCS e-Solution Platform, a comprehensive tool that allows hotels to efficiently manage more responsibilities with fewer resources and also includes e-Connect, e-Recovery, e-Engineering and e-Concierge.
