RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support SFDC and Sales Navigator (LinkedIn) at administrator Level.
  • Take over the management of any sales related toolsets like Podium and Stardom – sales demo systems from PMG.
  • Responsible for any sales related Business Intelligence requirements.
  • Manage and plan business retention and increases for Support and Maintenance Agreement (SMA)

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): communication skill, coordinating skill, planning skill, Business Intelligence.
  • Required language: English
  • Work with Support team to ensure customer support are being adhere to based on the SMA terms and establish guidelines when to charge based on the offerings for support
