• Promote market awareness of FCS software applications
  • Identifies business opportunities, evaluating their position in Japanese hospitality market; researching and analyzing sales options
  • Building up sales pipelines
  • Achieving sales and profitability objectives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
  • Make full use of CRM software to build up sales pipelines; have regular review with supervisor
  • Proactively develop professional networks


  • 10+ years’ experience across sales and strategic business development
  • 5+ year’s in some sort of business development role in hospitality industry
  • Technical and business acumen to communicate solutions based on customer requirements
  • Ability to be a valued trusted advisor
  • Effective communicator and presenter that consistently aligns with senior-level management in order to positively affect the final purchase decisions
  • Highly skilled in managing complex sales cycles and navigating large procurement organization and processes
  • Good organizational skills, capable of handling tactical items while never losing sight of longer term strategic goals
  • Deep knowledge of and experience in the Hospitality Industry
  • Strong analytical skills coupled with a broad understanding of the technology used within the Hospitality industry today (future insight very helpful)
  • Solid interpersonal, good written and verbal communication skills in English or Chinese and Japanese
  • Additional languages will be noted as a major plus
  • Able to work independently and work under pressure
  • BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Engineering or related field is required
