For the last six years, FCS has been the OEM partner with Avaya (and previously Nortel Enterprise division) behind the highly successful Hospitality Messaging Server 400 (HMS 400) solution. The HMS 400 provides FCS’s powerful guest/staff voicemail solution, auto-wakeup, housekeeping status and mini-bar inventory features. This solution is deployed at hundreds of hotels around the world including many of the largest and most discriminating properties on the planet.
