FCS offers three levels of accreditation according to their level of investment in the areas of sales, technical resources and revenue commitment. In return, our channel partners enjoy a series of benefits offered by the program.
a. Premier Value Business Partner (PVBP)
Available by invitation only. The highest level of accreditation, when a partner has invested in developing a dedicated team with FCS sales and technical expertise, established a 24/7 Support Centre, shown consistent achievement in revenue commitment, and maintained an extensive presence in their local hospitality market.
b. Value Business Partner (VBP)
Main level of accreditation, where a partner has invested in the required sales and technical expertise in both reselling FCS products and delivering installation and support services. Value Business Partners are leaders in the marketplace with hospitality solutions as their core competencies, providing solutions that compliment FCS in delivering our differentiated value and creating a more comprehensive hospitality solution in their market.
c. Business Partner (BP)
Basic level of accreditation requires a partner to invest in minimum sales resources needed to resell FCS products and services. Our reselling channel partners will find the FCS Channel Partner League membership a great advantage when they are serving as a Service Integrator or Main Contractor overseeing all vendors and acting as a single contact point for their customers.
