- Allow hotel to provide hand phone to guest upon check in
- Enable guests to be contacted while they are out of hotel premises
- SWhen guest extension is busy or no answer, caller can either leave a voice message or choose to transfer call to hand phone
- If no response from the hand phone, option to leave voice messages or talk to operator again
