This FCS solution aims to ease the manner in which guests’ usage of the hotel’s business centers services are conveniently billed to their folio.

Feature List

Interface to Winsuite for check in/check out record. Ability to charge hotel guest for usage of photocopying, faxing and network printing. Usage charge can be posted to hotel FOS via Winsuite Pin number will be generated for all check-in guests who require the services. Pin number can be regenerated at FCS BCS and printed manually. Printing of usage can be done at the FCS BCS printer as and when requires. Interface to FCS WinBusiness for processing of transactions. Billback FCS WinBusiness will calculate all charges (faxing, photocopying or printing)
