Product Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the product vision, user needs and business requirements.
• Develop architecture and specifications for the product and ensure it is scalable, reliable and meets performance requirements.
• Lead the product design and development process, from ideation to launch and beyond.
• Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on user research and market analysis.
• Work closely with software development teams to ensure that products are developed efficiently and effectively.
• Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches.
• Monitor product performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and new feature development.
• Stay up-to-date the industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product development and strategy.
• Performs other duties as and when required by management
  

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Computer Science, Engineering, Hospitality Management or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in product design/architect and management, preferably in a technology or software development company.
• Strong design thinking skills and experience with user research and market analysis
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products
• Knowledge of software methodologies including Agile and DevOps
• Domain expertise in Hospitality industry or field would be an advantage
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
• Translate product requirements into actionable user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria using Jira.
