Hospitality management is one of the most popular disciplines in many tertiary institutions. FCS works to strengthen society by expanding access to education.

Under the “train the trainer” principle, FCS hospitality experts will conduct training programs to the lecturers of the institutions and the lecturers will pass on the touch to the future generations.

Besides professional training, FCS also donates hospitality software to the institutions. The institutions can install the systems on site to provide the experience of working on different hospitality systems that are used in all major International Chain Hotels. The goal is to provide students with knowledge and skills that differentiates them in the hospitality workforce.

FCS contributes to Singapore Polytechnic with a suite of hospitality products including FCS UBIS, FCS WinVoice, FCS e-Connect and FCS i-Services. Classroom training and tutorials are conducted to let lecturers to understand the concept and key benefits of using FCS systems. Lecturers can then make use of FCS systems as teaching tools in the future.

FCS sponsored FCS UBIS and FCS i-Services to The Institute of Technical Education (ITE) in Singapore. FCS systems are installed at a mini-hotel located at ITE Choa Chu Kang campus which has 20 guest rooms. Since the mini-hotel serves ITE overseas guests and lecturers only, students can learn and practice different hospitality skills under this simulated environment.
