  • Guest Itinerary Profile Management – enables manual entry of guest itineraries and booking, and checks for any outstanding service requests, incidents or compensation issues.
  • Phone Book & Link Module – stores link addresses for each database record, enables search by category and for individual records, and interfaces with staff contacts directory for linkage to incidents or bookings.

The extended functionalities of the new GDX Concierge system include:

  • Restaurant Management – enabling multi-language search, options to link to local restaurant directories, and display records of guests’ reservation histories.
  • Transportation Management – for registration of vehicle types and ownership, with booking and billing options for various transportation modes, including limos and shuttle buses.
  • Incidents and Compensation – to manage incidents, complaints, events, and responses, with notification and escalation options for increasingly personalized service options.
  • Reporting – for printing and records queries, with options for export to Excel and PDF.
  • Parcel Delivery – to register incoming and outgoing parcel types, delivery and dispatch, with associated guest Information.
  • Baggage Management – keep track of baggage checking in/out for guests; proper location handling of the baggage.
  • Lost and Found – manage lost and found items, and their storage location.
  • Contact Directory – fast and convenient contact search for both external or internal extension.

The new GDX Conceirge system is part of the FCS GDX Platform.
